Rules & Regulations of Membership Application

1. Anyone residing in Shah Alam and its surrounding areas having the same belief, of good conduct, irrespective of sex and above the age of 18 years, in favour ofthe objectives and willing to abide by the registered rules of the Society shall be eligible formembership.

2. A University-college student shall not be eligible for membership without the prior approval of the Vice-Chancellor of the University concerned.

3. All applications for membership shall be made in a prescribed form obtainable from the Society and the applicant shall be proposed by an existing member of the Society. The saidapplication shall be tabled in the Management Committee Meeting for approval. The Management Committee shall be empowered to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.

4. The name and photo of the new applicant shall be posted on the Society’s notice board visible to the public for one month.

5. Every member shall be obliged to pay the entrance fee and monthly subscription.

6. Member Fees

Member's Registration Fee RM10.00
Ordinary Member's Monthly Subscription Fee RM1.00
Life Member (exempted from Monthly Fee) RM100.00
Associate Member (for non-Malaysians) RM100.00

7. Any member who is accused of violating criminal law, once convicted, his or her membership will be revoked.

8. Applicant please enclose a photocopy of the NRIC.
